This page explains how to delete your account and data for Twist & Merge: 3D Number Cube, the game by Relax Games (Maksim Paleyeu, trading as Relax Games) on the App Store and Google Play. You can delete them in the game, or by email without the app.
1. Delete in the game
- Open Twist & Merge while you are connected to the internet. If you are playing in Offline mode, switch back to online play first.
- Open Settings and tap Delete My Data.
- Confirm. The game deletes your account and data and then closes.
Deleting needs an internet connection. If there is none, nothing is deleted and the game tells you so.
2. Delete without the app
If you no longer have the game, or deleting in the game does not work, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Twist & Merge data”. To help us find your account, include one of these:
- your Player ID (if you still have the game, the Support button adds it to the email for you); or
- the name shown for you on the game's leaderboards, and whether you play on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android.
If we need more information to make sure the account is yours, we will ask. We will never ask for a password or payment details. We complete the deletion within one month of your request and confirm it by email.
3. What we delete
- Your Unity player account and Player ID, which the game uses to keep your progress online.
- Your saved games in the cloud, including speed-run saves and best times.
- Your wallet and inventory: coins, diamonds, boosts and other items, including items you bought.
- Your entries on the game's leaderboards.
- Your analytics data (records of how you played).
- The game's data on your device, when you delete in the game.
- Support emails you sent us, if you ask us to delete them too.
When you delete in the game, your account, your cloud saves and the game's data on your device are deleted straight away, and the game asks Unity to delete your analytics data. We complete the rest (your wallet and inventory, leaderboard entries, speed-run saves and analytics data) within one month. When you ask by email, everything listed above is deleted within one month.
Deletion is permanent. Your progress, coins, diamonds and boosts cannot be recovered afterwards, and deleting your data does not refund purchases.
4. What we keep
- Purchases. Apple and Google sell the Game's items and keep their own record of each sale under their policies. The sales reports we get from them do not identify you, and the receipts linked to your account are deleted with it.
- Data needed for a legal claim. If we need some data to establish or defend a legal claim, or the law requires us to keep it, we keep only that data, block it from any other use, and delete it once it is no longer needed.
- Technical logs. Logs of our online services, which can contain your Player ID, are kept by Unity for a limited period under its own retention settings, and then deleted.
- Statistics that no longer identify you, such as the total number of games played.
5. Data held by others
- Advertising partners hold data about ads they showed you under their own responsibility and privacy policies, which are listed in the App Privacy Policy. To stop personalised ads, withdraw your consent in Settings → Privacy Settings (where your region offers it), turn off tracking on iPhone, iPad or Mac, or delete or reset your advertising ID on Android. To delete data a partner holds, contact that partner.
- Apple and Google hold your Game Center or Google Play Games profile, your achievements and your purchase history. You can manage or delete these in your Apple Account or Google Account.
6. Deleting only some of your data
You can ask us by email to delete only part of your data, for example your analytics data or a leaderboard entry, and keep your account. You can also withdraw consent to analytics and personalised ads in Settings → Privacy Settings (where your region offers it), or play in Offline mode, which sends nothing to our online services or advertising partners.
