6. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Specifically:
- Web3Forms — operated from outside the EEA. Data transferred to Web3Forms is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission under GDPR Art. 46(2)(c), or equivalent safeguards as described in their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy .

By using the contact form, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA, subject to the safeguards described above.
